Mr. Warren’s unique skill set combines technical ability with a practical business approach.
Susan Croft
General Manager
Susan’s experience with Microsoft NAV (currently D365 BC) began in 2001 when her company selected NAVISON as their ERP solution. As CEO, she became deeply involved with every aspect of the implementation to ensure success. Susan’s company grew along with her passion for NAV. Soon after the sale of her company she joined the NAV DNA team. Today Susan works with client projects helping them implement sound business processes.

Keith is PMP certified and has more than fifteen years experience helping companies improve business processes, cut costs and grow revenue. Mr. Warren is an experienced NAV programmer, mobile application developer and consultant.
Becky Hodgins-Iaconis
Director of Professional Services
Becky’s 20 years of experience as a CFO and VP of Operations, gives her a unique perspective and valuable skill-set. She’s led ERP implementations for over a decade as a high-level NAV end-user working with multiple NAV versions, ISV’s and customized modifications.
Jacklyn O'Brien
Director of Sales & Marketing
Since graduating with a marketing degree Jackie has worked for a variety a companies ranging from small tech start ups to fortune 500 corporations. Jackie joins the Velosio team with years of experience working with clients helping them solve their pain points through savvy technology solutions. She strongly believes working with better people will always result in better business.
Melissa Brady
Project Manager & Jr. Consultant
Melissa comes to us from the Hospitality Industry, working as Director of Logistics and managing large-scale, large-budget events for the past 12 years. After studying at University of Cambridge, England and the University of Florida, Melissa moved to Dubrovnik, Croatia to implement a sales and marketing strategy for a large hotel group. After moving back stateside, she began working in the events business, managing logistics for a variety of events, including the Kentucky Derby. At NAVDNA, Melissa is our Project Manager and Jr. Consultant, managing the group’s timeline, projects, and goals
